Once we have reviewed your request, an email will bee sent with further booking and payment instructions. ** *Please bee sure to check your Spam folder if you don't see an email from us in your regular inbox. **Please allow us at least one hour to review and respond to same-day request and at least 24 hours to review and reply to all other service requests. Also please note that for most Day of Assistance and Concierge bookings, there is a 4hr. minimum and 50% non-refundable retainer required to book services. For all other services, a 1hr. minimum is required.

- 03Our rates start at $45/hour and vary depending on the service type, tasks, and level of complexity. You may feel free to give us a BUZZ to discuss your individual needs—we offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation. We believe in delivering dependable service with care and excellence. Our team is paid fairly, we carry commercial insurance, and we take pride in showing up with professionalism every time. - 04Once we have received and reviewed your request, an email will bee sent with further booking and payment instructions. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
- 05Yes, in addition to our hourly rate, we charge the current IRS standard mileage rate for most of the services we provide. Courier service mileage rates may vary depending on distance.
- 06Yes, Just Bee Helpin' may charge the following additional fees when applicable: -Rush fee of $25 for requests requiring errand/courier services to bee rendered within four (4) hours or less notice. Day of Assistance and Concierge services are subject to a $100 rush fee if needed less than 7 days of request. -Convenience fee of $25/hr. for services initiated outside of normal business hours (Mon-Sat; 8am-8pm) or rendered on holidays. This fee will also bee charged for any outdoor Day of Assistance events. -Inclement weather fee of $25/hr. for services provided in extreme weather conditions. - If we make purchases on your behalf, a 15% service fee is added to the total cost of goods or services, with a $10 minimum per transaction. If your request involves multiple store stops or orders, the minimum may apply per stop. -Additional fees may bee charged based on details of service(s) requested, but rest assured we’ll always let you know about any fees ahead of time—no surprises here, just helpin’ with honesty and transparency.
- 07If you would like a service that is not listed on the website, click "Contact Us" in the menu list and fill out the contact form or give us a call at (901) 610-1940 and we will BEE happy to discuss the specifics of your request and come up with something to help meet your needs.
- 08If your services take longer than the hour(s) invoiced, the overage will be charged as follows: 1min.-29mins over=1/2 the hourly rate; 30mins-1hr. over=full hourly rate
- 09If service request is cancelled at least 24hrs. before the service time, you will receive a full refund, minus 50% of the hourly rate. For Day of Assistance, if service is canceled at least 72hrs. before service time, you will receive a full refund, minus the 50% non-refundable retainer.
